I know it sounds cliche but Tamara has changed my life. 

I came to her feeling so helpless, for as long as I can remember I had always been overweight. My family didn’t believe that I would be able to not only lose the weight but keep it off WITHOUT surgery. 

I messaged her because I was ready to change and Tam has been there for me every step of the way. She was there while my goals changed from weight loss -> fat loss -> getting strong AF. She helped me see that there was more to life than being ‘skinny’ and every time my goals changed she was by my side assisting me. I managed to drop over 25kg initially and although I’m sitting a bit heavier on the scales now, my life has forever improved.

 

I now have a love, not for what I see in the mirror but for how good I feel when I move my body, a sort of love that I wouldn’t have been able to find without Tamara.

In the past, every challenge or meal plan I’ve gone on has been so restrictive/complicated that I end up feeling like crap when I inevitably break the ‘rules’. On my first day with Tam, I was so shocked at how delicious the food was and throughout the entire time I’ve been with her, I’ve never felt like anything was ‘off limits’. Tam has shown me that I don’t need to eat dry chicken breast and broccoli all day to hit nutritional goals, and that maintaining those goals can be easy if you plan well, stay active and hold yourself accountable. If you’re looking for a coach who aims to give you the confidence to go out on your own, Tam is your girl!

Training with Tamara was one of the best things I did! From day one she has always been there to help me and answer any questions, she taught me that nutrition is just as important as training and that lifting weights will not make you bulky. She puts time and effort in away from the gym preparing programs and meal plans and is always there to help you get back on track so you can reach your goals. Since training with Tamara I changed my mindset from wanting to be skinny and lean to healthy and strong and I can’t thank her enough.

During my time with Tamara I learnt so much about weight training, calorie counting and macro tracking and I learnt so much about my body. She helped me achieve my goal of feeling fit, strong and healthy and feeling confident in my wedding dress on my special day. I learnt how to love my body, and that you don’t have to do any crazy diets to achieve results. I still use the tools I have learnt from Tamara everyday and I honestly can’t thank her enough. She actually gives a damn about her clients, checks in with you to see how you are going, doesn’t force you to do anything you aren’t comfortable with, and she puts in so much time and effort with her clients. Since training with Tam, I have gained an immense amount of confidence and I am feeling the fittest and strongest I have in years and I am down 50+ kilos and still plan on loosing another 30 before I get to my goal weight. I know I will get there because I am in the best hands. Tam goes above and beyond for every single client she has to make sure you reach your goals as safely and sustainably as possible.

 

I never use to enjoy going to the gym because I always felt self-conscious being a bigger girl that I didn’t belong there or felt embarrassed to do exercises in front of other people but having Tam as my personal trainer not only helped me with my health and fitness but also my confidence and mental health. She is the most compassionate person I have ever met and her dedication to helping people always inspires me, she never judges you no matter what your situation is like and she will always ensure you feel as comfortable as possible and this is really the main thing I wanted when deciding to go on this journey. I honestly would not have gotten this far without her, the knowledge she has taught me and the on-going encouragement and accountability is what makes her the best Trainer for me.

MEGAN

I consider myself very lucky to have crossed paths with Tamara. She was referred to me by a friend and I am forever grateful. My only regret was that I didn't meet her sooner. Before meeting Tamara, I was someone who believed that the only way to lose fat was to either go on an extreme low calorie diet, or to completely cut carbohydrates from my diet... I'd had success with both of these approaches before, however both were of course completely unsustainable and caused me to 'yoyo' for many years.

 

I have been working with Tamara for only 5 weeks and already she has taught me so much about nutrition, tracking my calories and has given me meal plans which are not only easy to prepare but also delicious! I am already down 4 kilos. In only 5 weeks my mindset has completely changed and I now know that I can still enjoy all of my favourite foods, not feel hungry, still have a glass of wine each night and still lose fat. 

 

Tamara has a wealth of knowledge, she is understanding, organised and will absolutely get you to where you want to be in terms of fitness and nutrition.

Before I met Tamara, I was in a rut with my training and nutrition and had no knowledge of macro tracking or weight training. Over the years Tamara has educated me and taught me so much around how to train effectively and manipulate my nutrition to achieve all of my personal goals. 

Tam is the first coach I have had who genuinely cares about every single one of her clients. I always feel heard and especially supported and know that I can ask or tell Tamara absolutely anything without any judgement. She not only inspires me to push myself in the gym but also throughout the week, checking in to ensure I am on track with my goals. 

Tam is an extremely passionate and positive presence who is so much more than just a coach.
